Bergamot gin and tonic

Gin

Juice of 1/2 bergamot

Tonic water

METHOD

Take juice of 1/2 bergamot and add along with a thin slice to an iced glass. Pour 30ml-60ml of gin. Top up with tonic water - we like Fever-Tree.
