Good Enough Gatsby
45ml rye (preferably Wild Turkey 101)
15ml pear eau de vie (preferably Clear Creek)
20ml cinnamon syrup
20ml pineapple juice
15ml lime juice
1 tsp Fernet Branca
Pineapple fronds, grated cinnamon, to garnish
1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into a large rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and grated cinnamon.
