Our Man in Havana
Makes 1
60ml Byrrh aromatized wine
30ml unaged Haitian rum, preferably Rhum Barbancourt 5 Star
1 tsp dry orange curaçao
½ tsp orgeat
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Spiraled thin lime twist to garnish
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice to within an inch of the rim, and stir to combine. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a spiraled lime twist.
