Royal Court Espresso Martini
40ml Hennessy V.S. Cognac
30ml espresso-strength coffee
20ml coffee liqueur
15ml sugar syrup
Roasted coffee beans and freshly grated nutmeg, to serve
METHOD
1. Add ingredients to a shaker filled three-quarters-full with with ice. Shake super hard until well chilled and frothy.
2. Double strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with three coffee beans and grated nutmeg.
